Once a year in early autumn Naples Area Artists and Craftsman invite the public to tour their studios. The artists invite visitors to see how the beautiful Finger Lakes region inspires the artwork that they sell and display in art exhibitions and galleries throughout the nation. The tour will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 6th and 7th, 2007 between the hours of 10 am – 5 pm. At these times the public is invited to follow the trail to the artists studios, where they can watch some of them create pieces of art and also purchase art work.

FIFTH ANNUAL NAPLES OPEN STUDIO TRAIL

 

 

Once a year in early autumn 17 Naples Area Artists and Craftsman invite the public to tour their studios. The artists invite visitors to see how the beautiful Finger Lakes region inspires the artwork that they sell and display in art exhibitions and galleries throughout the nation. The tour will take place on Saturday and Sunday, October 7th and 8th, 2006 between the hours of 10 am – 5 pm. At these times the public is invited to follow the trail to the artists studios, where they can watch some of them create pieces of art and also purchase art work at studio prices.

 

This year the Trail welcomes new artists Paul and Suzanne Frazer (ceramic sculpture), Lacey Kotlik (oil painting and woodcut prints) and Elaine Verstraete (drawing/illustration). These folks will join previous years fourteen other artists and craftsmen. They are as follows:

The Trail is designed for you to tour as many or all of the studios desired at your own leisurely pace. While enjoying the breathtaking views of the region, visitors will be directed to each of the studios via signs, making the self-guided tour simple and easy.

 

Brochures with a map and a list of our sponsors are available at any of the studios of the participating artists or at the South Bristol Cultural Center located at 5323 Seneca Point Road in Canandaiqua.
